I was there today and so dirty inside floor and the outside area it wasn't clean for maybe a long time , why it's so hard to... keep it clean ? I visited this place couple of times, really loved. I wish we have like this brand in Chicago.
Not the best customer service. Cashier is handling cash, spoons and toppings without gloves or washing hands. I?m sorry about... the great ice cream being ruined. Read more
I was there today 8/2 @around 10:30pm. The manager on shift refused to take a fundraiser coupon. The cashier made a face as if I... was begging for a discount. So rude and I will be calling corporate on Monday to address this visit. Other Yogurtland placesaccept the fundraising coupon. Read more
Always an enjoyable experience. New flavors appear periodically, I don't frequent the place often enough to know the rotation... schedule of the flavors. All machines function as they should, rarely any break downs or outs. Not much sitting room inside butplenty of patio seating. Read more
Giving 3 stars because historically this place has always has been very clean and tidy with a variety of flavors and offerings.... But lately I feel like the inside is always just a little bit too beat up and messy for my liking. Also this is just a personalthing but they do not carry pistachio anymore and I am bitter about it.
