I love Rubios food, but was not impressed with today's service. I walked in and they didn't even acknowledge that I was standing... there waiting to place an order for about 5 minutes. Same thing with others waiting to get napkins, the front cashier kept goingon about other work. I understand, it was lunch time, they were very busy and they only had 3 people working. It's ok that I hadto wait, but at least say, " I'll be with you in a moment". I sat down and talked we're sticky. I waited about 15 min for myfood and that's OK, I worked in a restaurant before, good food takes time, but then I get in my car to enjoy it and 2 of my 3tacos were burnt. Well, at least the 1 taco tasted delicious. Will I be coming back? Yes, I come back for the food, but I'll bechecking it from now on before I walk out and I probably won't eat in. Read more
I had the fish tacos. They were very good. I took off a Star because the dining room was less than clean. Our table had residue... from some stickers and it looked dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Read more
I will say I absolutely love their fish tacos Today they let me down... Cold tortilla, cold dry fish ...???? So disappointed
This rubios used to be my favorite but lately they?ve had the worst customer service. Went in to place an order to go for 4... items and it took 20 minutes for them to give me my food. Everything was cold especially the tacos. The workers were justgossiping about school. The cook seems like he?s a teenager very unprofessional. Food was disgusting, poorly wrapped and messylooking. Will not be coming to this Rubios again. Too bad because I live down the street. Read more
Neat and clean place. Good choice of food items. Ordered Shrimp bowl, Fish taco Especial and Gourmet Chicken Tacos Plate to go -... All Of them so delicious. Will definitely come again. Plenty of parking too. And yeah, please don?t forget to check yourreceipt for any surveys that offers freebies. In my receipt, I was offered a FREE Large Drink for taking a survey online. I usedmy iPhone to take the survey while waiting fir the food and got the Free drink with the same order. Read more
One of the best grills. Especially for fish.There burritos are yummy and tasty. Ambient of the restaurant is cool.
