2 x I have gotten home to find the extra sauces I ordered were NOT "in with the combos" the last two times I asked they put them... separately. Yesterday day I ordered a extra side of fries and 4 extra sauces. The girl hands me 1 bag with three combos andtells me the "extra fries and sauce are in there" I opened each one of the combos right at the window, no extra sauce and noextra fries. When I tell her she says oh!! And suddenly has a bag with extra fries and sauce...whose job is it to ensure thateverything the customer orders is in the bags?? It seems no one does it here!!! 1st time going and we couldn't even look at the full menu. I even told the guy standing at the first sign saying it was my first... time can I pull up to see the menu or do you have paper one? He said this is pretty much the menu which was four options. Thefood was great and priced not too high for the quality of the meal. The chicken is crisp and fresh. I really like the way this Raising Canes drive thru splits in 2 for faster service plus you can pay ahead with their staff... positioned at the drive thru. You then go to the 2nd window and pick up your food. Staff is always friendly and the food isdelicious every time. Beverages are always perfectly tasty! Read more

Can?t say enough nice things about the customer service here. The place is super busy but you stillget great customer service. The restaurant looks super clean. Great options are on the menu. Food is hit and miss but the employees working the drive through never completely put down my order and when I told the lady I... was missing things she gave me attitude.
