It's McDonald's so I didn't expect fine dining. But the service was so slow and they messed up our order. The worker who gave me... my food said he would bring the missing item out to me. Nope. So I went to the front to go get the item I was missing, asandwich. Nope. No workers in sight and a lot of other angry customers waiting for their food and messed up orders to be fixed. One worker came out at one point and just yelled they were doing the best they could and were short staffed. They weren't empty,but they weren't as busy as they normally are. Needless to say I left finally without getting the food I ordered. Won't becoming back for a long time, until I forget about this incident. ???? Read more

The service was completely poor this time. I usually do get good service at this location, but this time it was awful. There was... no one at the register to anyone's order, the workers were too busy attending drive thru and when anyone asked for assistance atthe pick up counter they were ignored. When it came time to pick up my order, they did not provide me with the drinks that I hadordered. When asking for my drinks, a red headed team lead had the nerve to place her hand in my face. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown and the hashbrown was cold and broken up in a bunch of pieces the bag when I got... back to my house. Looked like they did it on purpose. Terrible customer service. Read more
This location has typical service from a fast food restaurant. Not rude but not really friendly. Order accuracy is about 80%> 1... of every 5 orders isn't right, I do special order cheese burger with ketchup only and fresh fries light salt. I ordered a largeand medium french fries both light salt and I requested fresh. I couldn't believe when I got home, this is from ordering thruthe drive thru. The fries were refried......unbelievable......how is that fresh. I asked for ranch for chicken nuggets and noranch. Simply wish people would do the job right but do understand if there is limited staff. Regardless still disappointing. Read more
Location was clean, fast service and food was tasty. Drive thru was busy but inside was empty. Nice decor. Very modern with... clean lines which is different from other locations I've been in. Read more
Very good service, our favorite location. Recently remodeled. Drivethru is great. Some limited inside access, but not... dining. Outside seating is unblocked. We had Hot Fudge Sundaes and they were great. Read more
This is the third time they forgot hash brown! I ordered two deluxe breakfast (12/1/22) look at your record if you want. Guess... what? No hash brown when my order confirmation clearly stated it comes with my order. Ridiculous! Not hard to include all damnitems in the bag. People, make sure you double check, all contents if you ever go here. They rip you off like this. Read more
