The old lady taking orders has very bad and rude customer service. Never coming back here again :(
The older lady working the drive through was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. Horrible customer service would not... recommend eating here. Was asked to show my ID after giving my name and order number also after showing them my phone with theorder on the app. Read more
My son almost cracked a tooth on your french fries, We ordered 3 combos and the fries were stale, and so overcooked that some... were like rocks. Also the lady at the window was very impatient and rude. I won't be visiting here anytime soon. Read more

Placed my order on the (super glitchy) app. Got there and had to wait at least 5 minutes to "order" even though there was only... one other car in front of me at the window. The woman at the window was really rude. Apparently they've had issues with givingorders to the wrong people so a photo ID is required to pick up your mobile order at this location. The app doesn't mentionthat, and as I live literally 1/8 of a mile away and had already paid, I did not bring my wallet. the woman proceeded to lectureme about not having my ID with me.
