I was enthusiastic with how fast this location managed to punch out smoothies. There were 5-6 customers infront of me and I was... worried I wouldn't have enough time to wait. Just received very friendly, quick service. There was a very rude and demanding customer with her son there giving the ladies... working a hard time despite their quick and attentive service towards her. Illegally refused me service due to my medical condition. I cannot wear a mask due to medical condition. I politely walked... outside to place my order over phone. Also I was asked for documents for my medical condition which is confidential and againstthe law for someone to ask me for. I am reporting this location to HIPPA for illegal refusal of service. I even offered to standoutside while on phone and give them my card through the door for payment. Great selection of drinks and friendly staff. Only concern really is the value. The drinks are generally very costly and I don't... feel that my money is very well maximized. Perhaps looking into lowering cost may drive additional business and makes customersfeel like their money is being better utilized. Read more
I definitely enjoy and prefer to visit this Jamba Juice because they make everyone feel like a valued ????customer. But... yesterday was one of the worst day of my life 1/2/19.???? What was supposed to be a nice pit stop with my daughter before goingto target turned out to be an emotionally painful and excruciating day due to an unkind thoughtless person stealing my walletright in front of the register with my family's rent money and my Mom's black&white beautiful pic that I've treasured ever sinceshe passed away! I was there all of 10-15 min when this happend!???? That person went over to Noodles&Co and tried to purchase$100.00 of food on my credit card! Thankfully they were unsuccessful. But they did have our ???? so I'm pretty sure they had noproblem using it. I went to make a police report of this and GOD willing with their help and Jamba Juice's District manager weare able to locate this person and get back my wallet with ALL of my possessions. This location is a joke, the cashier was rude and acted like CUSTOMER SERVICE was not important.
