Used to come here a lot with my family or order takeout. My last two to-go orders had spicy sauce and garlic missing and really... ruined the meal for my wife. Also had some unpleasant customer service experiences in person. I see why the tables were mostlyempty during lunch. Food is good, but not worth the trouble anymore. Won't be be back. There are other locations worthvisiting. The Irvine location is my favorite. Read more

The vibe reminded me of the small ramen shops in Tokyo. We went around 7-8pm and there was not too many people but it did start... to fill up around 8:30pm. The staff were fantastic with their service and even had water infused with strawberries, mint, andother refreshing things. I had the shoyu ramen and it was not overpowering, it was quite clean and you could taste the chickenin it. I also had their yuzu lemonade type drink, it was puppy but quite refreshing to have especially on a hot day. I suggestnot to have the expectation of extremely strong flavors for the ramen, as the ramen to me felt good to eat and fulfilling. Read more

This is one of the best ramen I?ve had in North America! I order3: a tonkotsu with black garlic. The broth is thick and very... flavourful. The black garlic oil is decadent and goes impeccable with the broth. The noodle is hand made - I do think it can bea little more separated (as some of the noodles were stuck together). Otherwise 10/10. Don?t let the store front fool you - thefood is world class! This is coming from someone who goes to Japan often. The only other thing is the AC doesn?t work great inthe store. May be better to visit during winter. Read more

Hidden in a office building, ring the bell to get in, fancy is it? Ordered the Pork bowl and crispy rice with tuna (which I... think it?s a little over intense with too many sauces) other than that, I love what I ordered and plus the service was awesome, she was so attentive and nice, would definitely come back to one is the spot. This is the Orange outlet of HiroNori Ramen. I have tried the ramen wit pork based soup base at the outlet in Long Beach. This... time I tried the vegan ramen. This soup base taste sesame oil or Tahini based. Also the vegan ramen is served with grilledbroccoli stalks and bitter greens. I forgot to order their soft boiled eggs which are quite good. Suggest folks working aroundhere to visit before it gets crowded with people like the other outlets. Read more

Small space inside the business complex. Taste great as same as other locations.

Located inside the office building but easy to find, just follow the restaurant?s sign. Store is small but nice and clean. Food... quality is consistent as other locations. They charge 16% service fee on your bill. Read more

I was on a search for OC?s best ramen to take my mom to while I was visiting home. HiroNori was listed #1 on a list I found so... we decided to check out the Orange location. This TRULY was the best ramen I have had in the US. The broth, the noodles, theblack garlic sauce. We were thrown off when the directions led us to a business park but don?t let the obscure location confuseyou. They have small signs in the parking lot pointing you to the back corner of the building. Follow the signs through glassbuilding doors (unlocked for public access before 6pm) and go down the hall to the left where you?ll go through another set ofglass doors into the building lobby. To the left is the restaurant. The ambience is nice and the service was so friendly. We gotthe tonkotsu and shoyu ramen with a side of black garlic and spicy sauce. We also got the crab and cucumber salad. Everythingwas so flavorful and authentic. I?m already planning my next visit. I just wish they had locations in NYC so I could eat it inthe brick winter!
