Stay away from this branch unless you can wait 30 minutes. I went there today around 5 pm, which is not a busy time. Still end... up waiting long time, no one shows urgency, chatting and taking time to prepare food. Yah, they avoid eye contact. Kitchen rollsout quickly, however, front service wont' pick up the food and put them in the bag for a long... time. Food was ready andsitting on the shelf for minimum 15 minutes, I had to call out that my food is ready and getting cold. Read more

I am really disappointed with the Supervision and Management of this particular El Pollo Loco. I order to Tostada Salads, a... Side of Chips, and Two Chicken Rolls, they only gave me three Avocado Salsas. I asked why only three, they said because you canonly have one salsa per menu item. With my education...I counted that I ordered FIVE menu Items. When I questioned the staff,a shift supervisor came over and was extremely rude. The supervisor stated that the salsas are now in larger containers andthat is why we only get three. Then, I offered to pay for additional salsas, I was told that they could not sale the salsa. Iordered three street tacos and asked if I could have three Avocados Salas with the the Three Tacos, the Shift Supervisor saidthey would only be able to give me two, because the street tacos are small and the salsas now come in larger containers, I thenasked him to cancel my order, I cursed at me slightly under his breath. His entire mannerism and attitude was unprofessional atbest, and that was before I had an issue with the Salsas. So, now I am going to explain why I wanted/needed several avocadosalsas. I do not care the Cilantro Ranch salad dressing that they serve with the Tostada Salads. My stomach really getsseverely upset. I use the Avocado Salsas as salad dressing. Even after I politely explained this to the Shift Supervisor, heacted like he did not care to hear what I had to say. He even turned and walked away while I was speaking to him. I love EPL but stick to chicken - I tried the Birria box - felt more like a Jack in box 2 taco deal without the price . Where... was the beef . I dipped mostly a Fried tortilla with cheese . Wast full box too. Not worth the 9 bucks or even 6 dls. Does tlook anything like the advertisement Read more
I love El Pollo Loco in general but this time the chicken in all of our meals was very overcooked and very dry. I tried the... "Keto Burrito" for the first time. Only 11 carbs apparently! It was enjoyable eating a burrito again, since I'm low carb, Iusually only get chicken or one of the salads. I like that they offer low carb options! The burrito was pretty good.. except forthe dry chicken. Another disappointment was that the avocado salsa is different. It's thinner and it's WAY TOO HOT. All thesalsas seem less tasty overall and all much hotter than in the past. There used to be fresh cilantro in the pico salsa. There'svery little taste to it. The new "cauliflower with cilantro side" was also lacking. The picture showed actual cilantro in it,but it was completely white with no evidence of cilantro. It was very bland. Horrible brc burrito. Update: the night manager was very polite and offered to remake the bad brc burrito. My burrito had... nocheese and no beans. The remade burrito had extra rice, no cheese, and one teaspoon of beans. Cold and flavorless. Not up tothe franchises fresh and tasty standards. A bit unclean, and panhandlers camped out at the electric socket charging phones andcollecting soda cups. El pollo's SOP is to provide 2oz portion of beans per brc. Train workers correctly. Read more
