I never make a review but I feel like I do need to make one for my Coldstone lovers. I am so upset that every time I make it... here like 5-10 minutes before closing, they lock their doors! Just change the time to 9:20pm if that?s the case. Maybe themanager or the owner should know that the staff is doing this. It?s so unfair for us. I can't believe their COVID screen completely deafens the workers from hearing customers order at a volume lower than MAKING A... SCENE. The rest of the line was glaring critically at me just because dude taking my order had to be so flippant DEAF. There isNO indoor seating here and NO bike rack at all near the building. I wasn't the only cyclist visiting on 11/13/21. To top it alloff they feel a need to post a sign that reads, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". I take such signs as athreat of being kicked out. If I gotta MAKE A SCENE in here just to get my order across, that is WRONG! Love coldstone ice cream anything and this is the best one I've been to in 4 different states. They make the ice cream the way... you want the first time. Basically the right ratio of toppings to ice cream. So I retract my earlier 5 star review. I had myfirst bad experience here last night 2/12/19 for my sons birthday we ordered the $16 tub of ice cream to take home and wasshorted an inch or more of ice cream and the new trainee girl wore a face that says we were interrupting her from some otherduties.
