I love these burgers, but the basic ones with BTL. Don't like BBQ or weird sauces.
Had really poor service at night multiple times. One time they had trouble with someone?s order and they took forever but... instead of asking them to pull out into a parking space, they made us all wait behind them while our food got cold. Morerecently they were open and someone was inside but they never responded to the drive thru speaker. Probably understaffed. Theone that?s down East chapman a couple blocks is way better. Read more
I don't know how sometimes bacon can be on a burger with it being part crunchy and the other one soft but still cooked well. Why you do me like this? I didn't get the lettuce wrapped burgers in my order, and a milkshake I ordered wasn't even filled all... the way! (I scooped some of the whipped cream out of the way, but keep in mind there's still a 1/2 inch layer of whipped creamstill in there, so wow they didn't even fill it all the way!) Read more
Horrible service. First of all i could not understand the person taking the order. I ordered a diet coke and a burger. The diet... coke tasted like water, the manager gave me another one and the same thing. He went back to check the soda lines and saidnothing was wrong. I asked him to taste it and he would not. I took the drink in the confusion I drove off without the burger asI guess I should have asked for it before I left. Got home realized I did not get my order. Drove 10 min. Back to get my burger.They gave me the same burger that has been sitting there for about 15 min through the whole nightmare service. I asked for myrefund. It takes 2 days to go back on your credit card. The manager asked if I wanted anything for my troubles ,I said betterservice. You should expect better service for a $10.00 fast food meal. Read more
The supervisor here slammed the drive through window for absolutely no reason at all, It?s never right to take your pain out on... customers if you?re having a bad day. To my surprise, he was the supervisor. Horrible supervisor, one that cannot handle hisemotions around innocent customers. Read more
