While I was ordering the manager (short woman with dark hair in a bun) told me they have no public restrooms. I know they have... restrooms for customers but she was argumentative with me, I cancelled my pizza order and left. Blaze pizza lost a customer overthe managers power trip over a bathroom, she is a terrible representative for the company. Read more

I ordered right before closing . I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt. Although that still isn't an excuse for the poorly... made pizza I received. This was my first time and last time ordering from Blaze . I ordered a one topping pizza. I asked forfresh, mozzarella , red sauce and Italian sausage . What I received was a cold pizza that looked like it was thrown against awall several times. My kid makes a better looking and tasting pizza. The sauce ended up giving my son acid reflux. The saucewasn't evenly spread across the pizza. There was barely any mozzarella on it. The sausage looked like it was just thrown onrandomly. This was a horrible first impression. At 11:21 pm my family and I were planning to grab a late meal on 7/2/2022. Immediately we we were approached unpleasanlty by a... male employee with a irritated tone because walked in a half an hour before closing. I'm not sure if it was because he was infront of his own personal audience or what, but it was unpleasant and uncalled for. A huge lack of customer satisfaction forgeneric pizza. My wife and I wanted to get pizza tonight so we went to Blaze. We come here every now and then, but wow, staffing was very... scarce and it was as if the owner went to his local preschool and picked 5 kids randomly in a crowd. Not only did it take a longtime to be greeted to order, but we had to come up and ask for our pizza, as well as practically beg the oven cook for someboxes and sides of ranch (we were never asked if it was for here or to-go). The ranch container had a pathetic amount of ranch(maybe 1 oz), so I asked for more, but the employee said they can only give out two per order. What in the world! I'll take mybusiness to pizza press down the road next time with this kind of customer service. A kid in front of us stole a soda cup aswell and cashier saw and didn't do anything about it. She just shrugged and moved on. If I was the manager or owner of thisestablishment I'd re-think my business. Read more
