First of many visits to Bagal Me but first at this location l asked for toasted Bagal with cream cheese. I was charged 4.58. The... Bagal was barely toasted and there was only a small smear of cream cheese. Well ok, been coming here for years. No biggie. Badday for somebody. I went back today and thought l would correct the situation by asking for a cheese Bagal toasted well but notburnt and a little more cream cheese but not a gob just not a small smear. Get it. So she quotes me a price of 7.71, and l thinkoh l misunderstood her. I drive to the window and l say Did you just say 7.71? And she Oh no, l only said 7.21. Wait, what?7.21? Um huh. Oh is that all??? Where did you come up with that number?? She says well we had a price increase and you did askfor extra cream cheese. I ask, And how much was was l charged for Xtra cream cheese that l did not ask for? She said 4.50. Sothe cream cheese is costing me more than the Bagal? She says You don't want it? No ma'am l only said l wanted a little more thana tiny smear. She says Ok. The Bagal still cost 4.58 and on the board outside and on the website it says bagals with creamcheese are less 3.00. So can someone correct my thinking here?? When l did get my Bagal it was burnt with a dolop of creamcheese. I'm done with Bagal Me on East Chapman. If lm ever in the area l will hit the one in the Orange circle as Bagal Me stillholds number one in OC for best bagal's in this Bagal lovers heart!!! Read more
I was looking forward to a nice bagel salmon, onion and tomato with cream cheese and a few more items. Went through the... drive-through, Once I got home I realized 2 items missing, not to mention the bagels had scraped on cream cheese, 1 smalltomato, 2 thin pieces of red onion and I could not even see the salmon unless I moved the small tomato. Take it from me thishas changed overnight. I would save your money and make it at home it would be cheaper and you can make more. Also it willsave you the hassle of driving back or calling them to let them know they have to credit you back. Just a heads up since moneyis so precious now along with gas. Read more
This Bagel Me location was a disappointment. I order a sourdough bagel with cream cheese. Not sure if it was sourdough, which is... not a big deal. However, the cream cheese tasted like a combination of blue cheese and mayo. Which would be great with wings,but I am having a bagel expecting my cream cheese to taste like cream cheese. Maybe it was expired. It just ruined my breakfast,next time I will just go to 85. I get a drink and a pastry for $5+. Also, the customer service needs work. The lady in thewindow did not greet me once. She works in the customer services field; therefore, you need customer service skills. Will not begoing to this location ever. Read more
