The service here is absolutely horrible!! Come to the drive thru, only to be pulled up for 30 minutes! After sitting in the car... for 20 minutes, I go inside only to wait another 15 minutes! They hadn't even started fixing our food! Couldn't even find theticket! To he honest, I'd like someone from corporate to reach out! So I just left McDonald's in Opelousas, service was horrible. First the drive thru person was rude, the person taking the money... didn't give me a receipt. The person handling the food almost gave my drinks to the car ahead of me, then she gave me the wrongflavored drinks. I asked for my receipt and she said she couldn't give it to me but was able to play on her phone. When Ifinally got my receipt it was the wrong one. Read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!: Visited the restaurant for coffee, husband & I stopped while driving through to use the restroom. No one... greeted us, we figured out that we needed to place our order at the kiosks. Then waited for about 10 minutes watching staff bagorders and walk back & forth, still No one said anything. Finally a manager made eye contact with us, but tells the staffmember, "did you know you had a customer at the front counter?" The same staff member refused to turn around or come over totake our payment, she just kept bagging her order. Of course we left the restaurant without coffee!! Read more
