Drive thru only. Took 10 minutes from payment to food delivery. Supposedly tossed in sauce was basically dry. Ask for ketchup -... none Had to walk back to the drive window to get them. Not the worst Zaxby's experience ever but close. AND the toast was burnt! Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to find out they were closed. It was 8 pm on a Friday and online it said closes at... 11. There were 3 cars in front of me. This is horrible customer service. Post visible hours or have a manager come out and tellpeople, announce it over the drivethru intercom. Dont just have people waiting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the worst zaxby?s I?ve ever been to. They spilled my drink before handing it to me, then looked at me as if I was... supposed to not want them to pour another one. Then they charged my card and didn?t give it back to me, but because of thefiasco with the drink I didn?t notice until I got home. Went tonight the lady at window was eating opening the boxes touching the food with bare hands. Then another man open my box to... check my food used his bare hands to lift my bread on my sandwich for what ever reason then got mad cause I refused to take itand asked for a new one. Read more

I ordered the Big Zax Snak meal and received three tiny, chicken nugget size tenders and half the amount of the fries I usually... get with this meal. I was also given ranch instead of the zaxby?s signature sauce without warning which was very disappointing.Overall I felt very cheated out of my money by this meal and will not be returning. Read more
