After standing in line for an hour I was told I could not select the size turkey I wanted and that I would be given one picked... off top. After I explained to the owner that I wanted to make sure I had a turkey that was big enough to feed my size family headvised me to step to the side to figure out what I wanted and proceeded to help the other customers. Then when I got to theregister I was told I could not us my rewards. I have gone to Honey Baked Ham for the past 10 years and never experienced thistype of customer service however I will not be returning again. Read more

Great place to grab lunch with hearty portions! Some HBH stores skimp on the ham in their soups and sandwiches but not this... location. I?ll definitely be returning! Read more

We got an 11 lb ham and 4 sides, and they were all great. The best part though was the service, everyone I interacted with was... so sweet and helpful, even immediately after opening. I would 100% recommend this place, 10/10. Read more

Reserved 2 turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. Went to pick them up and the line was out the door. Fortunately the manager had all... the registers running and it didn't take very long to get our order. And, of course, the turkey was great as always. Thanks tothe staff for bringing their A-game. Read more

Stopped in to buy a sandwich. With carrying a small four-month-old puppy in my car so I parked at the front door to be able to... keep an eye on the car. When I went inside there was a tall man wearing no mask ordering. The manager came out to me and told methat I needed to move my car immediately that was not a parking spot and my car was blocking the door. My car was not blockingthe door because customers could come and go with no problem. I moved my car and went in to tell her that I had to standrestaurant with a customer while he wore no mask. It was my understanding restaurants can refuse service to those Not followingthe state mandated mask law. She wanted to argue about it. The managers name was Maggie-and she was extremely rude.
