Reserved 2 turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. Went to pick them up and the line was out the door. Fortunately the manager had all... the registers running and it didn't take very long to get our order. After standing in line for an hour I was told I could not select the size turkey I wanted and that I would be given one picked... off top. After I explained to the owner that I wanted to make sure I had a turkey that was big enough to feed my size family headvised me to step to the side to figure out what I wanted and proceeded to help the other customers. Then when I got to theregister I was told I could not us my rewards. I have gone to Honey Baked Ham for the past 10 years and never experienced thistype of customer service however I will not be returning again. Read more
