One star down for price, but I love Starbucks. Everyone is friendly, they?ll happily remake your drink if you took too long to... get to your mobile order and it became cold, they?ll make you a new drink if you order something new and don?t like it-free ofcharge. Wonderful atmosphere too. Read more

This place was having a hard time the day I went. It was really backed up and the line wasn't moving. Once I got to the window I... saw why. Computer issues. I never have quality service at this Starbucks location. If it's not that they made my coffee completely wrong or the wrong... size, they sell things they don't even have the ingredients to make. I'm not asking for them to carry the salt or creme bruisetoppings 24/7, I'm just asking that when I order a drink that requires those toppings that they don't take my order, run mydebit card and start to make the drink and THEN TELL ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS. They did give me the refund without anyheadache, but other then that, we NEVER use this specific location to spend our money. The worst location I have ever been to.Make the trip across town to,go to the other store, it is well worth not having to go through the headache, in my opinion. Read more
This is a standard Starbucks store with a drive-through. The staff is polite, and the grounds are well-kept. Even though I don't... have especially tantalizing experience to share, Starbucks keeps their standards High, so when a store is able to fulfill thatexpectation then I am happy. Read more
Inside line and the drive through both ridiculously crowded; wait time for a basic mocha was more than 20 minutes. Bathrooms are... single-person, so with the number of customers in the restaurant there was a long line. Bathroom also did not appear to havebeen thoroughly cleaned for at least a week. Read more
