didn?t make the drinks to the correct recipe?? very upset to say the least. i ordered an iced chai and watched them water it... down and proceed to not use any ice. this diluted my drink incredibly. i have worked at starbucks for a while now and have neverin my life seen someone WATER DOWN a chai latte then top it with milk. and to forget the ice? my friend who also works atstarbucks, had ordered a hot venti drink and saw them make the drink in a cold cup, pour the steamed milk in the cold cup, andinstead of remaking it they put it into a hot cup. for those who don?t work at starbucks: the ratio for syrups are different forcold vs. hot venti drinks, the cold are 6 ounces more so there are more syrup in them. so the drink was entirely too sweetbecause of the unnecessary amount of syrup. watch them closely because apparently they don?t know how to make their own drinks.not worth it.
