The WORST service I've ever had even after ordering on line I had to wait 40 min! If I had not prepared I would have left. Then... my order was wrong forgot to give me my ice cream which was supposed to be caramel they put peanutbutter and I'm allergic thendidn't even get a straw for my drink. Ordering takes forever . Usually only two people back there so understandable . My issue isn?t even with the employees it?s the... management who doesn?t train these employees correctly . This man who took our order took almost 10 minutes to complete ourorder and kept trying to charge for extra meals we did not ask for . These employees should be learning the menu and knowingwhat they?re selling people so they can be more helpful to there customers . Read more

I love Sonic, but Opelika's did not have any iced coffee today, and this one only had a drive thru, not a park and order... location... so today you only get three stars... sorry... Read more
Good drinks as per normal for Sonic, nice staff. However be aware you might pay more for that slushy than you think. I will wait... until construction is completed before I think about returning. Read more
One server did not know what numbered items were on the menu board. Another server was just fantastic. Hot dogs were good and... hot. They had no spiciness in them. Next time I will ask for a hot sauce packet. Read more
