I don't expect five star service from fast food. No one really should. However, I pulled into stall 3 to place my order. I... waited for several minutes until someone came out to tell me stall 3 was broken and I needed to try another stall. So I moved tostall six and waited yet another 15 minutes. After a total of 27 minutes, I was finally able to place my order at the patioafter finding a staff member. I asked which stalls were working and was told "I don't know " with no offer to take my order orany apology of any kind. I asked where I should go and was told the patio. Beware: this location DOES NOT make limeade drinks correctly. A Sonic limeade is Sprite or Sprite Zero and lime fruit. That's... it. This location puts the limeade slush syrup in limeade drinks. That's a problem because 1) it's toothachingly acidic, notpleasant like with real limes in Sprite (Zero) and 2) you get a whole bunch of sugar in what should be a zero-calorie diet drinkif you order diet. This is not a one-time problem either - this is literally the standing, trained procedure at this location,and only this location. Bad. Read more
They are so ratchet and unprofessional at this locations I order a water and a slush or and waited for 15 minutes and still... waiting!!!! When I pressed the red light again a girl on the outside just stared at me and was so rude! People started walkingup for their orders at the door! Read more
We had to wait a very long time for our order to come out to us. When it did, the carhop didn't say anything to us, just handed... us the food, then told us that the the pay at the menu feature didn't work when we swiped our card. I said I needed to check mybank to verify, so I didn't get charged twice. She just turned around and walked away without saying anything. We didn't know ifshe was coming back or not. We decided to wait so we could make sure we paid for the food, and while we did, decided to havesome tots. Good LORD, they were hard as a rock. I picked one up and squeezed it and the whole thing literally exploded and wentall over me and my car. When the carhop finally came back, we asked for fresh tots. She just mumbled something took the tots andleft. We had to wait for another long time, all the while the rest of our food was getting cold. She finally came back, we saidthank you and she just mumbled again and left. We got home and the rest of the food was disgusting. I don't know why I keepgiving this place a chance. There is a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it's the longest drive-thru wait I've ever experienced.This place sucks, which is disappointing because I love Sonic, just not this one. Read more

The rudest staff we have ever encountered at a Sonic and we road-trip frequently. Sonic should be embarrassed by the staffs... unprofessionalism and rude behavior. It took forever to get a response to place our order, we almost left. In addition, we sawseveral people not in Sonic uniforms walking in and out the door to their cars and horse playing with the staff in front ofcustomers.
