This review is based primarily on service because we left before being seated. There were a total of 3 of us. It was around 3:30... or 4:00 yesterday. There were a lot of empty seats not crowded at all. The hostess asked if we would like a bar top becausethat?s all she had. My sister recently had knee surgery so stepping up and down is hard for her. I told hostess this and askedhow long wait would be for booth or table. She seemed exasperated by my request and said I just don?t know we have a party of 20coming in ( mind you that party were not there yet) and shortage of servers. I mean what if my sister was in a wheelchair thatlady going to put her at a high top!! So basically you have to sit at high top or you may not be seated. Is what I took fromthat conversation. So we just left and took our business elsewhere. I get times are difficult these days with staff but we werewilling to wait but she as a hostess couldn?t give a time and making me feel as if my patronage wasn?t important. Read more
Enjoyed a nice lunch. I had the salmon and my wife had the coconut shrimp. Only complaint was that the men's room really looked... in need of a cleaning. Toilet had rings. Read more
Ordered the filet mignon. Looked more like they had two extra pieces of meat laying around and combined to make a steak half... the size of what it should have been. Offered me a gift card but seriously why would I want a gift card to get this kind of"steak" again? Unacceptable. If you eat here just be aware this is what you might get. It is sad when a baby fry is almost asthick and long as your steak. Read more
Great service and a clean atmosphere. We had a birthday party gathering this past weekend and everything went great. They took... our cake and held it for us until it was time to serve it. Our server John was fairly new but had great service skills. Themanagers were also on top of their game. Quentin came by to check on us and even tracked down a lighter I had forgot for thecake candles. Food and service was great. Thanks for taking care of us. Read more
If I give it a zero, I would. We ordered online to pick up as take out. My husband's burger looked like something I could have... picked up at McDonald's and there was brown lettuce on the burger. They did not put the steamed vegtables in my order and theydid not include butter for the bread. Also the steak looked really small, so I got out my kitchen scale and discovered it wasonly 3.8 oz instead of the 6 I ordered. The manager is sending me gift cards for the amount of the order, but I will not returnto this location any time soon. Read more
I'm torn between a 3 and 4 Stars. We haven't been to an Outback in a long while. My main issue was the Server, she was polite &... accurate with our order, but lacked that Customer service by checking on us. She asked once, how everything was, we only hadBread & Salad at that point. Never asked if we needed anything, no refills on our drinks. The Salad (took a bit to get it) cameout drowning in dressing, I could only eat the top layer. Hubby's plate was perfect, Filet cooked beautifully! I also orderedthe Steak & Mac n Cheese bites, please don't include Steak in the name because there was NONE. They were ok, a little too crispyfor my liking, but definitely loved the Mac in them. Kristina was our host she did a great job. They were under staffed but she was working it. This is probably the best Outback... I've been to. The bloomin onion isn't as good as it use to be. The Queensland was yummy! The French dip was better than I've hadit anywhere just a little too much fat. Read more
The Melbourne porter house was awesome. Christina, manager, greeted me at the door with nice, warm welcome. Asked about my book... i was reading, a genuine interest. She checked with me and other customers. Christina has a great vision for CustomerService. Jacob, my server, as great. Friendly, suggested complementary entrees. Dinner was delicious.
