The store was freezing and didnt smell good. All tables and seating was filled with crumbs. Fries under salted (surprising I... know.) Pretty much made the decision to write off fast food. Not worth the money. Read more
I waited inside the restaurant for 35 minutes for a customer's order through Uber eats. The manager was extremely rude to myself... and many other people who had been waiting a very long time for their food inside. She was very loud and condescending toseveral people who asked why it was taking so long for their food. I understand they are short staffed but as a manager shereally needs to get her self together. I lost out on my tip because it took a ridiculous amount of time for them to make onesandwich. I will not recommend any of my customers order through this restaurant again. Read more
Made an curbside pickup at for a coffee 4:10 in the spot, one car in drive thru so not too busy. Had to go inside at 4:35 to be... told we don't serve coffee here. Made another order at 4:35 through the same app and received it in my car at 4:38. How hard isit to update your inventory so it doesn't show up on the app? Every other McDonald's in auburn figured this out why can't you? Read more
The worst service! We order at the Kiosk not one person spoke to us. After we order we had to wait 20 for our food. While other... employe at McDonald?s fixes Uber eats meals and other McDonald?s employees took them out for a delivery. After I went up therewe got our food which was ice cold and the buns were hard. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. I went inside to eat and ordered through the kiosk. 30 minutes later... I went to ask how much longer it'd be for my food only to be told, they had no record of my order. They don't give receiptshere so I was horrified I was just out of luck but then remembered my credit card had sent notification of the purchase. Atotal of 46 minutes of waiting and my food finally arrived. No comments from the manager, no nothing! Read more
(McDonald's across from mall): Order 60 nuggets, 2 hamburgers, a McCurry, and a "frozen sprite lemonade". WRONG: They gave me... the NON-Frozen sprite lemonade (see photo) and the McCurry while the fries were cooking, the nuggets were not fresh. Flurryissues (melting quickly). CORRECTION: work on the order they give/make food for each oder. GOOD: the fries were hot, andnothing was missing from the order. Read more
I don't care for being told to wait for "cold food" basically. I had to wait about 20 mins to get brought cold fries and a cold... burger. It's a shame because this is the one I prefer to come to and now that's done. If you have to wait for your order to bebrought, you're assuming that it's because it has to be fresh made. No, I think it's because they sat my food there and let itget cold. Mind you I was not the only person whom had to wait on them. I wonder if their order was "cold"!? And the flow ofbusiness was slow to where I shouldn't have had to deal with what I got. Very upset. Read more
It's always something at this McDonald's Ordered the 2b comb meal. Had to wait 5 minutes to get my change back before advancing... to the next window. then I was asked to pull up to the rails and they would bring my order out. Waited 20 minutes my order decided to go inside to see what was the hold up with my order but the doors was locked, walked to the drive thru window andthey had the order just sitting there said they forgot I was waiting. I refused the order and and asked for my money back. Iwas told to come inside for my refund (they opened the door for me) after I get inside I still had to wait another 6 minutesfor a Manger to come give me my refund and he comes up front telling me they forgot I was waiting a refund. How do you forget togive the same customer their change, my food, and then my refund? They need to let someone go or shutdown this store. Read more
