Visited 9/4/22. Dining area was absolutely trashed. Ice machine wasn't working properly and many drinks dispensers were out of... their respective drinks. Manager wasn't the best with customer service. A/C vents were dripping water on customers (dripped intomy father's food). Food was decent enough though. Read more
Waited for 20 minutes just to get cold food and halfway melted milkshakes. Looked like the drive thru just wanted to get their... time up considering they sent every car to a parking spot. When the girl came out she didn?t even know what we were supposed tohave. Read more
So I went there to get a 8 piece chicken and they said it for one was $18 dollar but if I get the 8 piece with 4 biscuit it was... only $15 dollars that doesn?t make since so then I order pay and they tell me to pull to the curb .at this point there?s 5 carssitting in vehicle waiting on food !!i wait 15 mins before I go in store and the whole time one the employees are outside leanedover a car talking .so I go in after 15 mins ask what?s going on they didn?t even nknow what I was waiting on I told em and theyhanded right to me ..it was poor employee communication poor everything I?ll never come back to this store .worst service I?veever had !!!! Had a horrible experience at this location on July 27th. (Around 11 a.m.)..The Tea had a nasty taste to it, and the chicken... strips tasted like they had been fried in oil from the 70s...BUT the worst part of this visit was when a Drive Through customercame in the front door and was very upset, she had heard one of the workers in the drive through refer to her as White TrailerTrash....Myself, an elderly couple, and another man (All White) after hearing this upset customer, We had to listen to theseemployees continually make fun of that customer, and kept repeating loudly, "White Trailer Trash" as they obviously had norespect for the upset customer, or us sitting customers....Hopefully, Someone in upper management will care enough to read thisand take action. They have some very racist employees working at this Jacks. I personally will never come back here. Read more
The attendant at the drive through window was nice. It took 32 minutes for apple pie. They forgot I was waiting outside. They... were not busy. Workers were just playing around not caring for the customers. The child at the front counter was nasty andpoor public relations. I will NEVER go back again. The cheeseburgers were ok. Fries were cold and hard. Wasted my money. Stayaway, the service is poor and will make you mad if you have an oz of morals. Read more
This Jack's is in a convenient location for both locals & travelers to stop in for a quick bite to eat. During our most recent... drive thru visit we experienced a problem with our order. The menu item was replaced quickly, however, we were not refunded forthe additional charge that was incorrectly added to our bill. I would recommend that you are sure to check your order & promptlybring any issues to the attention of the staff. Read more
