I came by the drive thru earlier today around 2:30 pm and there was a older white blonde lady being rude to her coworker the... poor boys face turned red of embarrassment. There was another girl with blonde pink hair who seemed very embarrassed as well. Idon?t know what she said but the manager then came to help and then this older man handled the situation and then open thewindow and proceeded by handing my order with a big smile on his face whoever this manager is great customer service but thisolder lady needs to tone it down heard her from the outside poor kiddos who seem to be minors and this woman could be theregrandmother. I went to this location this evening. I was very rudely rushed with my order. I ended up sitting in the drivethru for over 20... minutes. I get to the window and the young lady attempted to hand me a small drink when I ordered a large. You couldn?t hardlyhear anything she was saying because of the loud music being played in the background. She very rudely said ?.ok and disappearsinto the back. About 5 minutes later, two other employees hit the corner. I asked for the manager to get my money back and theysaid they don?t have one. All four of the employees that I made contact with literally laughed in my face. Way to go Guthries!You have definitely lost my business. I ordered 2 box meals and when I was handed my meals bagged up to go when I had told her it was for dine-in . As I sat down to... eat I opened my order & both plates there were only 5 chicken fingers that were smaller than my pinky finger. I returned them tothe counter and showed the employee at the counter. She took the order from me & turned around and said something to theemployees The young white girl near the drive -thru replayed " Well that ain't my problem" I replied "excuse me" she said itagain " I said that ain't my problem" then the shorter colored lady that was at the front counter told them she needed 2remakes...
