This place is very unprofessional. I called multiple times and the phone just kept ringing. Finally when they answer I was on... hold for 15minz. I was never able to place my order. This happens often when I try and order from this place. Employees are rudeand disrespectful. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
The worst Service. I placed My order online, when I arrived to the store, they didnt have My order, so they took again, I have... to wait 40 minutes more, I wait because I payed already. 2nd time visiting this location wait time was too long. I ordered online thinking it would be smoother. in 21mins my order was... to be ready. I didn't get my order until more than 40mins. The service was pretty bad they weren't using gloves or hair nets, and we had to wait about 20 minutes prior ordering because... the cashier took a call and still wasn't back even after a cook took in my order. The wings were good but almost all the frieswere burnt and I was over charged I ordered 2 medium combos(8 pieces etc) but only got a 6 piece in both. Read more
This location has gone downhill. You can get good service depending upon who is on the shift that day. But the employees have... lackluster attitudes, they do not greet you when you walk inside. You can stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes before someone looks in your direction. Nor do they give you an update when you have waited more than 30 minutes for your food. Iordered online and arrived during the scheduled completion window and waited more 30 minutes for boneless chicken, fries andcorn. The lemon pepper dry rub is my favorite but it's definitely not worth the poor customer service and extensive waittime forit. This place needs a revamp. Read more
I?ve read some of the reviews written about this place and I just don?t know if they changed their staff but I had a great... experience. I didn?t order online even though there is an option for it, Latoya was our host she explained they had a Mondaynight special offer which we choose and walked with 25 boneless wings and fries for less than $25. We tried the Lemon Pepper,Louisiana Rub, Korean BBQ and Garlic Parmesan all of them tasted great. Once our order was ready Mr. Hall (Manager) was veryhelpful and made sure our food and order was complete we felt so good about how they handled our order that we even asked totake a picture with them. I wish they had a zero star had food delivered for my grandchildren just Horrible food was throwing on the porch left out their... bag all wet food turned over in the bag just horrible service. This is what I pay my money for almost $30 for food. Theycouldn?t even eat because the food waste all over the bag and the bag was wet. I called couldn?t get any one to answer thephone.
