Every time my family and I come to this location there is some kind of issue. Most of the staff are not friendly and make you... feel like you?re inconveniencing them. Also, there?s always an issue with our food, we never seem to get what we actuallyordered. So when going through the drive thru, I highly suggest checking all your items to make sure you?re getting what youpaid for. Ask for chicken and fries to be cooked well done because always get fries half cooked in the middle and the chicken same way.... Well, as usual, fries not done in the middle and chicken greasy and very soft, not crunchy at all. Do NOT like the thought ofundercooked chicken!! Like my chicken well-done and crunchy, that's why I request it to be cooked that way!! Very disappointed!!I should have just went across the street to Chick-fil-A, like I was going to to begin with!!! Worst Zaxbys I?ve been too. Treated like a hindrance and a dumb person. This has happened several times and the first few visits... I just ignored it. The customer service is awful. When ordering the employees are very rude and act like you?re bothering themfor ordering. Very cold. When given our food, our bags are covered in sauce and it spreads to the napkins and everywhere. Jennifer in drive-thru window is very rude and inpatient. My order was incorrect, missing items, & items just thrown at you in a... big plastic bag.Had to walk back to drive-thru window to make them aware of mistake & once again Jennifer had a lack lusterattitude. Manager Steven/Stephen a smart aleck. Gift Card dirty and banged up I was getting it for a gift for a co-worker who lost a... child. That was the only reason why I was there she likes to eat at Zaxby's. Wings and Things chicken temperate and hard,chicken fingers and fries cold an old and not seasoned. Texas Toast soft, felt like giving the whole order back after theexperience and exchange with staff and manager. I instead asked for fresh fries and this time they over season the fries.
