This was my first time here and will not be the last. The overall vibe is relaxed and what you’d expect for wine bar. We... started off with all the appetizers we could get. Absolutely amazing restaurant located in Cambridge Square. This is a hidden gem in Chattanooga area. I recommend everyone look... at this place a shot. Chef Wilbur Cox is simply amazing. His menu is constantly changing and he uses only the freshest localingredients. He makes all of his sauces and a large majority of his other ingredients in house. Located in Cambridge Square, Wine Down was one of many choices for an early dinner. Maybe we came too early as the only menu... provided was for “Early Bird” offerings. It was very short on entree options. My wife ordered Crispy Brussels Sprouts andSweet Potato Fries. Our vegetarian son opted for the Black Eyed Pea Falafel served on a bun. I got the WDP Wagyu Burger withfries. The sprouts had too much dressing. The buyrger was small and was lost in cheese and bacon jam. The fries were very small.They were difficult to pick up. Amazing find!! The food was so well done and delicious. Flavors and spices on all the food were exceptional. We had the... delicious goat cheese balls, bistro board (choice of cheese and meat), lobstah roll (lobster), and shrimp and grits. Our waitstaff was wonderful. Highly recommend. Read more
