Don?t waste your time with this restaurant. The customer service is despicable. They always claim that they are only accepting... cash, in my opinion it?s to deter customers from ordering so that they don?t have to do their jobs. Even when there is no line,and when there are no cars before or after you they?ll try to make you pull forward to protect their drive through wait times.As soon as you pull up the system will register your order as finished and will send corporate an inaccurate wait time that theydidn?t earn. If you choose to pull forward you might as well accept the fact that it will take them 30+ minutes to bring outyour ice cold, sloppy and unappetizing food that may or may not have been tampered with. Went to this Wendy's 3 months ago and placed an online order for a salad. When I got to the store the new owner informed me that... they don't have salad stuff and that I would have to call Wendy's corporate for a refund and I would have to proceed to pay fora meal I didn't even want in the first place. So after 25 bucks for 2 meals and I only received 1 and no refund for the firstone, I will again bring this to the attention of the corporate office for theft. I will not stop until I get my measly 12 bucksback for the salad you couldn't provide. Even tho you should probably make your items inaccessible on your menu when you are outof things. I could have saved myself this headache by going to the 20 other fast food restaurants that I can guarantee will nothave as much as an issue. Maybe they will get better but I highly doubt it with the amount of staff they have Seems like theowner and his wife only. Good luck and maybe I'll get that little bitty 12 dollars back. Hell I could get 3 gallons of gas rightnow for that. Read more

Just go somewhere else. Ordered online. Several burger combos. Carry out. 10 to 15 min drive. Lobby is locked at noon on a... weekday. So I wait 10 or so minutes in the drive through. Had no idea what order I was talking about. They asked that I pull tothe side. Ok no problem. 10 or so minutes. Get my order and on my way back to the office. Forgot a few items. Called to see ifI could get just those items refunded. Manager refused. Said I could come back to get the items or not. No refunds. So 10-15 mindrive back to wait in line another 10 or so. Ya know cause the lobby is still locked. Just go somewhere else. Read more

Worst Wendy?s in the area. Considering they do not even have the dining room open, they would be able to at least run the drive... thru at an acceptable speed. Will never be back to this one. Needs to be shut down until things can be better. Not even tomention the food was horrible and cold to boot. Read more

I have been wanting to try the new Strawberry Frosty for a few weeks now and while traveling this evening, I decided to stop and... order one. My boyfriend and I are vegetarians and also saw on the online menu that Wendy?s now has a veggie burger and decidedto order that too. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 min, we were disappointed to find out that no one in the restauranthad even heard of the veggie burger and it was definitely not available. We ordered two frosties and a large fry. I was VERYDISAPPOINTED in the luke warm fries that had been cooked in dirty old oil. I will not be going back soon Read more

This Wendy?s is the worst in the Chattanooga area. They always get your order wrong and when you correct them it?s a whole... ordeal. Had an order completely wrong and missing part of it, they told me to pull up and wait, waited for 35 minutes, hoppedback in line and they told me they couldn?t make the burgers that I paid for. On top of that customer service is horrible.Everyone has an attitude with each interaction. Definitely do not recommend this Wendy?s Read more

25min plus wait time even if only one person in front. Had to wait at speaker for 15 min just to be talked to. Customer service... is rude will never go back Wendy?s close this play down and figure out a new staffing situation. They added extra mayo in myDave?s burger gross. Sad situation was great before I hope corporate does something to help or close it down ! Read more

Usually this Wendy's is fairly friendly but the experience we had, was probably the worst experience I've ever had at any fast... food restaurant. We had placed a mobile order and when we first got to the ordering box, we were completely ignored for about 10minutes. I understand you might not be able to talk to us, but you should at least inform us of the fact. Once the girl talkedto us, we told her the name of our mobile order and also politely asked if we could get our drinks with no ice since we hadforgotten. We were completely ignored and drove up to the window. Once we got to the window, the girl kept the window closed andcompletely ignored us. I don't expect to be entertained the whole time, but it would be nice to at least have a short friendlytalk. After about 5-10 minutes, the girl handed us our drinks, that had ice. My companion politely asked if we could get thedrinks with no ice. But the girl said it was not on the order, we said that we asked at the speaker, but the girl ignored us andclosed the window. After this we probably waited 20 minutes for the girl to hand us our food, and then immediately close thewindow. Now, I understand that people have bad days, but the service we got was honestly pretty unacceptable. If you're soangry that you can't even smile or make someone a drink with no ice, maybe you shouldn't be working with customers right then.Or maybe it would have been better if you called out.
