I realize this place has a lot of bad reviews, but I find that is usually when someone reviews...when the service is bad. We eat... here 2 to 4 times a month. I personally have never had a bad experience. We always go on Friday night or Saturday afternoon.Perhaps it is who is staffed? There was one time they could have put more onion rings in the bag. Our food is always hot and asordered, drinks are exactly as ordered, 10 minute or less wait time, and the app has never failed us either. While I am sorryfor those who had a bad experience, I just wanted to leave a review and say I have never had these issues at thislocation...however, never go to the East Brainerd one. We normally only go here for the blasts, but, after our most recent visit, we plan to take our business elsewhere. This has... happened a few times, and today was no exception. Most of the time the blast is only half mixed, but today only about 1/4 of thecup was mixed with the rest being plain vanilla. It's definitely a waste of money and you're better off going somewhere else. Read more

Service is getting worse. The new generation has no work ethic or customer service skills. I placed my order for 2 grape cream... slush and 2 pup cups .I got 2 grape slush and 2 cups of whipped cream. Then they fixed my order but charged me more money. AndI still didn't get my pup cups. Read more

I ordered through the app while at this sonic and tried to check into the stall. After several minutes where I was getting... logged out I pushed the button for assistance. I was notified that they were short staffed and were only servicing the drivethru (there were no signs posted). I proceeded to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. When I received my order I wasgiven a completely melted ice cream in a hot cup. The staff admitted it had been sitting out for 45 minutes and refused toremake it. I asked for a refund and I realized when I got home they shorted me $2. I wasted an hour of my time, didn't receiveany of my food and they stole $2 from me. Read more

Was with my wife today and CHLOE the manager is the Michael Jordan of bad customer service. If I was going to cast a bad manager... for a movie, I would cast someone EXACTLY like her. She walked out with a hotdog that looked like it was put togetherblindfolded and told us ?we were just going to have to deal with it.? It looked disgusting so my wife asked them to remake it.CHLOE then accused her of just trying to get free food. Keep in mind this was after we paid for a hotdog. Service is horrible. I ordered on the app and after marking I arrived, the screen indicated my order was being brought out. I... waited at least 15 minutes and still didn't received my order. I pressed the button to speak to someone and when I explained Ihad been waiting a long time for my order, the employee gave me a quick "hold on" and never said anything else to me. Afterseveral more minutes I pressed the button again but nobody ever responded to me-the button was left lit up (I assume to keep mefrom pressing it again). I eventually had to call out another employee walking by and when I explained I had been waiting for awhile, she told me she would check on it. When all was said and done, I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. At that point,the food was room temp and the drink order was wrong. Reading other reviews, I guess this is just the standard for thisplace-this is ridiculous. I also assume I will get a nice reply to give my feedback, don't bother-I already submitted myconcerns a week ago and got no response, I assume Sonic doesn't really care. Read more

This sonic has gone downhill so much over the past 10 Years. Terrible service. If you don?t like dealing with people get a... different job. Pulled up to the window and little buddy at the window doesn?t say anything. Just stares at me. ?Take a pictureit last longer ?. They are always out of something you want to order. I tried eating here two nights ago with my wife and kids, but the employees didn't want to take my order. Over a 30-minute span... (or longer!), I pleasantly tried three times over the screens and was told to please wait. I even nicely asked one of theworkers when she came outside and was told they were busy. After our friends in our group were finishing the last bites oftheir food and after customers who arrived after us were helped, I abandoned my efforts. ???? Read more
