The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly but they could season it up a little more. I didnt care for the coleslaw and the mac... and cheese just needed salt and pepper but was good overall. Food overall was pretty good. Got the full rack of ribs with baked beans and fried okra as a main, got the smoked wings as an... appetizer. The wings were great, no issue there, very tasty. The membrane on the back of the ribs were left on, so theexperience of eating the ribs was lacking. Flavor was good, the seasoning and sauce were good...but it ended up being a littleweird texture wise with them having left the membrane on the back of the ribs. Read more
Excellent service! Meats are hot, juicy (never dry), and full of flavor! A variety of sauces are offered to satisfy your... preferences. Sides are tasty and not overcooked. The peach cobbler is delicious and something I go get occasionally even if Idon't dine there! Read more

Had the 2 meat and 2 sides. Pork was tender with some chicken tasting a little dry. The cheese for the Macaroni tastes a little... like powered cheese. Service was good and fast, place was clean and staff was very friendly. Not a bad place to stop for someBBQ. Will have to try the ribs next. Read more
This another great restaurant in Cambridge Square in Ooltewah. This is a chain but they are family owned and know how to made... great bbq fun for all. I had the bbq chicken with Cole slaw that was tasty but not many ingredients like some places. The bakedbeans I absolutely loved. ???? The green beans were good but to much black pepper for my taste. The place very clean staff werefriendly and attractive. I really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant tell them I sent you. Peaceout be safe. Read more

This was our first time at a Shane?s rib shack and overall it was excellent. The decor was functional and BBQ themes and the... menu was straightforward and easy to read. This particular one is in an excellent location in a cozy outdoor shopping center. Weboth ordered burgers, one All-American and one Cowboy with fries and drink. The burger was large and well dressed with a morehomemade taste than what?s typical at a chain. Fries were standard and drinks were coke products and tea. Overall tasty food andgood prices, will definitely be back soon. Read more
