Waited almost two hours for a cold pizza with skimpy toppings! Never again will Pizza Hut get my money. Terrible service
I?ve had several wrong order issues with them in the past, but rudeness is my last straw. The person ?helping? me resolve an... app generated order error was rude and unhelpful and even hung up on me when I wasn?t sure if I wanted to make the purchase dueto the online pricing not being honored and the price going significantly up. I ordered Papa John?s. Pizza Hut is myfavorite, but I draw the line at being mistreated when simply trying to solve problems generated by their order process. Read more

I love pizza hut but this location never seems to get my order right. VERY inconsistent. I always ask for extra sauce but... rarely get it. Or sometimes 4x sauce. Last time I put in special instructions for "extra sauce please " and they added extracheese and barely any sauce. Thin and crispy was super limp. Pizza was 40 minutes late, I called 3 times to find out when I would be getting it. They never answered the phone. When it... finally did show up it was cold and burnt. I called the driver back and was told by him he would have the manager call me rightaway. I never received a call nor did they answer the phone when I called back for the 4th time. Received the pizza by delivery quickly. the pizza was hand tossed, I ordered pan. it was also under cooked. called the store. I... asked how long to finish cooking it and the manager was immediately defensive saying he personally proofed the dough thatmorning, which I didn't ask about. He wouldn't tell me how to cook it because he said it's impossible to undercook it becauseit's on a timer. I told him I ordered pan crust and he said pan is hand tossed, despite telling him the site shows they aredifferent. This whole time he was argumentative and defensive. The Ooltewah pizza hut is one of the best huts left. The food is always hot, and fresh and accurate.
