The chicken tenders were delicious. Slaw was good, green beans were good. The mashed potatoes and gravy had a peculiar taste--... just not used to instant potatoes I guess. The drive through employee made me wait several minutes before asking for my order. She seemed to have a difficult time hearing... me and acted annoyed. I had to repeat several parts of my order. The drive through moved slowly. When I got to the window, themanager had taken her employee's place. She was friendly and got our order right. The food was good, typical, fast food burgerfair. First time at Jack's! I had never even heard of them until they built one in my community. The restaurant was super clean. The... employees were super friendly. We went at 1030am and it was pretty busy, but it didn't take that long to get our order. Iordered the number 1 chicken biscuit combo with hash rounds and coffee. The chicken piece on the biscuit was HUGE! I definitelyfelt like I was getting my money's worth. I thought it had good flavor but found it a bit salty. I added a honey packet to itand it evened out the flavors. The hash rounds had better flavor than other breakfast places but were a little greasy. Greatcoffee.
