Food was great! Staff was friendly, but the drive thru service was slow.

Ooltewah location. Only 2 cars in drive through. I was 2nd. After 20 min without every ordering ... drove away. Sad. Guess... there were not enough staff to run the place on that day. Read more
The manager (bald guy) was berating his employee to the point where she cried. He then told her to ?stay in your corner?. I hope... she quits soon. It was uncomfortable and honestly I?ll never give another penny to this location. Ringgold?s location iscleaner, faster, friendlier. Read more
Waited 10 min to order at drive thru. Guy at window takes one car at a time then makes the next wait till the front customer is... finished. I don't know if it's lack of personel or what, but this was ridiculous. Read more
The service was great but the food, not so much. The Biscuits were over cooked, dark and dry but then somehow had way too much... grease on the outside. The hash rounds were also so greasy the bag was dripping in my lap. Read more
First-time visit at the Hardee's in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Not an experience to brag about. My father and I ordered sausage egg... and cheese biscuit with gravy hash browns ham egg and cheese a couple of drinks into cinnamon raisin biscuits. His order waswrong. There wasn't much ham on my biscuit. And the girl helping us was obviously very very new. And everybody else was tryingto do their job. So she had no support. I would probably not return to this location. Therefore my recommendation to anyoneinterested is good luck. I'm sure it'll be a hit-or-miss experience. Read more
