Cashier belittled my order to my face and then to the barista making it loudly while I stood there. Gave me not what I asked for... and then got snotty with me and got the manager, who did fix it. Never had a problem at any other location or the attitude.Will NOT be back. Read more

This morning I ordered my coffee and the new Avacado toast. I opened the toast when it was presented to me at the window. It... was not made correctly. I sat at the window for 2 to 3 minutes waiting for someone to come back. When the young lady opened thewindow I attempted to hand her the box back she said I can't take that. I opened the box and said this isn't right. She closedthe window and proceeded to talk to the other young ladies in the store. At this time a girl with a blue shirt came to thewindow and said oh she made the toast "Special" I said I don't want it special I want it right she said don't get hateful withme . I said can you just make the toast right, she then AGAIN SAID Don't get hateful with me. I said make it right I need to beat work on time. SHE SLAMS THE WINDOW SHUT AND EVENTUALLY THE TOAST APPEARED RIGHT. I am at DD every morning I expect what Iorder to be correct and when it isn't, I expect it to be made right with Respect. Maybe that is something the younger generationhas forgotten. I wasn't in the wrong the product wasn't made right but I was the bad person . Read more

I try to avoid this DD at all costs. For a minute I forgot why but they so generously reminded me last time I went. First of all... the sugar at the bottom of the drinks is ridiculous, it?s so nasty to take a sip of coffee only to have to chew the sugar at thebottom. Not to mention when I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked if I could also get some water and I was told ?um that?ssomething you need to let us know at the menu, we don?t have time for this?.
