I ordered breakfast at 8:40am using the online to go menu. My estimated completion time was 9:00am, I arrived at 9:09 and... checked in?I didn?t receive my food until 9:30 and it was ice cold! My biscuit gravy was cold and gelatinous, my eggs were wetand cold and my sausage was cold as well. The person who brought out my good apologized and said she thought her servers werepaying attention but they weren?t. I will never eat here again. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes and was ignored no drinks offered. Tried to get someone to notice us waiting and they would look but not... engage. Left and told them to forget about us and they didn?t care what happened. Just said have a good day. Also they were notbusy like usual. We were seated quickly and then forgotten. Read more

I feel this Cracker Barrel is racially biased. Me an my partner came in ( we are a black couple btw). There was no hissed to our... table at all. They took the longest for the waitress to come. I?ve have notice non people of color revive way better treatmentright in front of my face. I really wanna give zero stars for the experience. I don?t feel like this is right and as a waitressmyself I thought you suppose to treat everyone fairly because we are the customer. Worst experience I could ever have with thisplace. I just understand how we can get poor service and observe other people receiving better service than us. Read more
I always loved this location, but the last 2 curb side orders have either been wrong or something left out. Glad I live close... by, but what an inconvenience. Oh and you have to call to let them know you?re outside because their app (that you pick thestall number) goes neglected. You?ll end up waiting outside while your food sits there. I don?t think they understand thedifference between to-go and curbside. I?m leaving 2 stars because they at-least fixed it the 2nd time. Read more

We have had some awesome experiences here, especially my last one on Mother's Day. The wait time was relatively short, the... facility was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. Our waitress, Tiffany went above and beyond for usand really helped to make my day. We would eat here all of the time, if we could afford to and my toddlers weren't such ahandful to take out. Thankfully, there is a lot to occupy them here and prices are so reasonable. Thank you to the staff forsome great experiences! Read more
Wonderful server, however, did not make up for terrible food, and menu. There is not the original Cracker Barrel we grew to... love. The menu has changed tremendously, they even charge for extra biscuits now! Will not be back! Read more
