Chick-Fil-A Ooltewah is going down hill fast. This used to be the best business in Ooltewah. Their times are still super fast... which is great, but the staff is anything but polite. The drive through person taking my order acted as if I was a bothering himcause he had to get up off his stool. I thought, well everyone has a bad day and moved on. Then I get to the window and the guyhanded me my food and never once looked at me, said a word or anything. Then I ask for a straw and he practically threw it atme. What more can be said that hasn't already been stated? I WAS NOT a Chick-Fil-A fan most of my life. The food was ok, but I... always felt portions were too small and usually left hungry. I honestly could have eaten 2 of almost any meal deal they servedand I'm just your average sized country boy. During the pandemic, I became a Chick FIL A convert and...for One Reason, and onereason only! While EVERY other restaurant was still closing, irregular hours or drive-thru only, CFA retained not only a fullstaff, but a FRIENDLY staff! Never once was I inconvenienced by short hours or long waits. Kudos CFA, you have earned a customerfor life. Read more
I like this location it's always moving 8-4-22 10:00am ish.... I order 12 count nuggets and two orders of hash rounds sm... chocolate sm strawberry. The nuggets are over cooked the hash rounds are nasty looking like the shape of the box both milkshakesare runny. Not a happy customer kids was upset of the food. Read more
The food was delicious. The employee attitude was great. However, the spicy deluxe sandwich was sloppily slapped together. ... But the reason for three stars is that all three waffle fry containers were only about half filled. Admittedly though, one ofthe fry containers was LESS than half full. How do three hair empty fry containers make it out of the kitchen? Read more
I moved here from Gunbarrel area, they never did this. But this location has two lanes and still tells people to ?go park and... turn your hazards on? it?s so annoying. The parking lot is super full and cluttered. Hard to find a spot and then my hazardsmake a noise when on it?s irritating so I can?t sit there and listen to that. Not just me but others beside me were visiblyfrustrated to. Makes no sense just get the cars in line their food instead of having us go through the drive through just topark. And please don?t comment ?we understand your concern we are just trying to provide the best service to everyone? Thisjust isn?t it. Keep us in the drive through. Read more
I would normally give this place 5 stars, but yesterday we ordered 2 liters cups of the Icedream and neither of them were filled... very well. As much as you are charged for them (close to $11 for 2) you would expect for the cups to be filled closer to thetop, not to the level as shown in pictures below. Chick-fil-A, your food is so freaking tasty and your humans who work there are always so pleasant, but you wound me frequently... with the consistent misinterpretation of my request for extra pickles and extra extra pickles. I always order my sandwiches inthis way and a majority of the time I am met with a meager 5 or sometimes 6 pickle rounds. ???????? Anyone as pickle obsessed toask for extra, or extra extra pickles, wants ALL THE PICKLES?not literally, but load em up baby!!!!!
