It was a return visit to pick up a replacement meal from the previous night at the Ooltewah location off Lee Highway @ Little... Debbie Pkwy and Old Lee Hwy. We went through the drive through to hopefully make a faster stop. We called prior to returning tothat location and they didn't say you had to go inside until we arrived at the menu order board in the drive through! Read more

Quick friendly. Toppings were all on one side so I had to move things around and remake sandwich. Don't usually need to do that... at other Burger King's. Might mention to shift managers to retrain to pay attention. Read more

I'm not trying to be petty but the new ghost pepper whopper is not the same on a plain sesame seed bun! And the cheese burger is... not supposed to look like McDonald's ???? Also if you're out of stock, you say so before the order is made. We all have baddays. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to say something negative about my favorite burger joint.
