Stopped by at 9p.m. everything I wanted to order was NOT available ???? it wasn't available because they did not want to make... any new food because they were closing in an hour! They wanted to only sell left over food that I didn't want! I could getchicken but no wings. I could get sides but not Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes or fries! Like why were they still open if theydidn't have the food off the menu that I wanted??? They were not the friendliest people either. It's safe to say I didn't orderanything. Read more
They were kind of mean to us. Everything we ordered, they said they were out of and they were pretty snippy about it. The food... we did get wasn't very good aside from the biscuits. Read more
Dining room wasn?t open, out of Bo sauce, out of supremes and gave me old nugget shaped supremes instead, spilled green bean... juice inside of food box, we asked for a replacement for supremes but they were out of wings, they tried to make things rightwith 2 old tasting chicken breasts, biscuits were old and greasy, she wouldn?t take our soaking wet box and bag but there was notrash can outside to throw it away. We are Huge Bojangles fans but don?t think we will be back especially in Ooltewah. Don?twaste your time. Yuck! Read more

Google and signs on door says open at 6 am. Yet no one would take my order after sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes. Pull up to... window and they say we just got here and aren?t open yet. But there was fresh cooked biscuits on the counter. This was at 6am Read more
My experience at the Ooltewah Bojangles for lunch has been tremendous. When I come in, Jarvis is typically cleaning and... stocking the front of the restaurant. Jarvis greets me politely, heads to the register to take my order, brings the order to mytable, asks if I need anything additionally (sauces, etc), and if time permits he picks my tray back up. Can't say enoughpositive about this location and especially about Jarvis. Read more
The lady behind the counter was really nice! BUT? this was supposed to be dirty rice! It had to be the same consistency as... oatmeal if not a bit mushier! Never again! Read more
We did drive through at the Ooltewah location. I understand that many fast food establishments are having serious issues with... staffing. However, they had several cars pull ahead and wait for food to be brought out. It was taking so long that peoplestarted walking inside and were given their order right away there. So, it seems what happened was, the orders were ready, butno one brought them out, even after 25 minutes. The line inside was not very long. We should have just gone in and ordered. Itwould have been quicker. The wait was because they ran out of the berry biscuits, did get them made, just never brought them tothe waiting cars. (It was about 10:30 am on a Saturday.) Read more
