Stopped by for Lunch and got the chicken bites. I have had them at other Arby's and really like them. Today, I basically got 4... small hard rocks. Could not even eat them. Super disappointed. Read more
Normally pretty decent, but just had to wait at the window for ~10 minutes for two sandwiches, a French dip and a roast turkey... bacon ranch sandwich. No apologies, no attempt to explain from staff at the window, who kept making drinks and pacing back andforth. Will not return for a while. Doesn't help they close their dining room at 6. Read more
