The service and atmosphere was pleasant. Our food was okay. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and my pasta was very dry. In the... description it said cream sauce. No sauce. The chicken was nicely seasoned and juicy. My husband had the fried flounder. Therewas too much breading on the fish for his liking, but said the actual fish was good. He did not like the coleslaw, but said themac n cheese and hushpuppies were delicious. The waitress was very helpful and she did replace his coleslaw with a baked potato. Not pictured is the appetizer: The Award winning Wings. The spicy Carolina gold sauce was amazing. There was a crunchy crisp tothe chicken with a wet sauce which is a hard to come by texture at a restaurant. I think they were best thing from our entiremeal. Overall I would go again but try something different on the menu! Read more

Nice atmosphere, everyone very pleasant and knowledgeable. Do be aware that reservations are required. Food was good but not... piping hot as I would have preferred. Not a lot of flavor, needed more seasoning. Read more

1st visit but won't be my last. Promptly seated, and order placed. Great service and the food was delicious. If you enjoy... fried shrimp, this is your place; both the tarter sauce and cocktail sauce were tasty. On recommendation from a friend, I triedthe lobster bisque...super delicious and full of flavor. Didn't feel rushed, but had completed our meal easily within an hour(from seating to check). Lots of tempting menu items to try on future visits. Read more

First time eating here. Reservations were late at night, but did not disappoint. Our waiter, Tommy was very helpful in choosing... our meals. He was prompt with service and the food. We had the okra and pimento cheese, which was such a delight! We shared theshrimp and grits, with half creamy grits, and the grits patty. We also ordered a side of the corn. The shrimp and grits wereperfect, and the corn was good. Would recommend these items if you are looking for something unique. Overall I would rate thisrestaurant a 10/10. We will be back soon! The service was good. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. The menu is limited and I got the crab bisque and... the fried green tomatoes. The bisque was good and I will get it again. The actual tomatoes were good but they were buried underso much unusual stuff that it wasn’t satisfying. The atmosphere is loud and open. They have music on the outdoor patio on someevenings. I will return but will order something else next time. Read more

Truly our favorite in Ooltewah, today was a day of hots and misses! We had the trout hash, a winner south the fish being cooked... perfectly with a delicious sauce and flavor, solid. We also had three orders of steak frites. Flavor was good but the quality ofthe meat was sub par with all three plates of beef suffering from leaders and ligaments all through the meat. Half of mine endedup in my napkin. With a higher grade of meat, this would have been 4 stars. The fries are always good as are the seasonedpotatoes. The bananas foster was terrific with a perfectly browned banana and brown sugar sauce over a waffle. We shared and itwas great! Service was slow, 45 minutes to get the food after ordering. But it was Sunday and to be expected. Read more

We ate an early New Year's Eve dinner - wife and daughter. Although they were a little slow getting us a server (shift change)... the rest of our experience was good, as it normally is. This review is to share my new favorite dish, the Mushroom and Grits,Skeeter Style (Skeeter adds blackened shrimp). It was DELICIOUS. The sauce it's served with makes the whole dish. I did half andhalf on the grits; half creamy, half cake. As you can see from my photos, I was not disappointed. Read more
