I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 mcribs, 10 piece chicken nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich, drove home to payette,... looked at our food and began to eat, the spicy chicken was clearly marked on the box as what it was supposed to be, but when Ibit into it, it was fish. Called the manager( rosemary) told her what I got, she took down my name and told me she would replacethe whole order, went to get it 2 days later, she denied saying that. Dont trust what that person tells you, she is a bald facedliar. Needless to say, I grabbed my receipt and left, all she done was walked away. Poor customer service, will never go back. Read more
Great McDonald's restaurant. Food was as expected and served in a timely manner, staff was cheerful and the dining area and... bathrooms were reasonably clean. Easy to spot from the road and there is plenty of parking available as well. Definitely stophere again if I'm ever in the area. Read more
This location is supposed to open at 5am most days... I work right down the road and have tried to get breakfast for my team... members or myself, more than a few times over the years and the storefront is black out well past the 5am start time. Thishappens often enough for me to post a heads up to anyone trying to plan a early start to their day. I went to Dutch Bros. rightacross the way from this location and the lady there was courteous to me five minutes prior to their start time and hooked me upwhile I was waiting for McDonald's to light up their signage and drive through. 5 minutes after 5:00, I noticed one employee inthe window starting to set up shop but none of the lights were on and the drive up windows were still dark. All around not the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to; the people are nice the food is good and only every so often does my... order get messed up but they are always willing to fix it with no problems. Read more
The food is the same as any McDonalds location. Unhealthy, technically disgusting, but oddly satisfying. The drive thru and... parking lot is a disaster. Whoever designed the setup was incompetent and unable to predict how poorly the average person wouldnavigate this area. Misdirection often occurs and inadequate space for the amount of customers. It wasn't busy and I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and no one took my order or even asked me to wait a moment.... Yet a car pulled up to the other speaker and their order was taken even after I was there first. I don't usually like tocomplain, but I just drove off and don't plan on going back. I'd rather drive to the one across town. Read more
I personally have a lovehate with McDonald's. I love those nuggets.. They have thee best in town.. 3 doll hairs for a bundle and... 1 more for a drink ,ANY size..... Hate what they do to my waistline. ???? The service is always good. You should try them. Read more
This is our go to McDonald?s, everything is always pretty good. There?s one particular guy who mans the drive through that I... don?t really understand how to interact with though, in the middle of my order he lets out this huge over dramatic yawn.. andidk it just threw me off I guess lol he?s kinda funny but definitely a little over bearing ????
