Every time i go to this location my order is always wrong. I order iced, i get hot, i say LG and get med. I chalked it up to it... being a new location and probably brand new employees however its been a while now and they still get it wrong every singletime. I have always been a loyal dutch customer and have never had this many problems at any other location. Read more
My experience in line was that regulars are treated with accurately and grace, for me not so much. Ordered a green rebel, costed... nearly 6 dollars and this is what i retrieved. No where near green, the picture is before i even drank out of it!!!! Theemployees were very inconsiderate and told me thats the way it is as they walked away, best of all is the inconsiderate responsewhen i told them the truck they were allowing to back up in line force me to slam on my gas n brakes to prevent an accident. Ordered with the girl outside. She repeated my order correct to me. Got to the window. They had something else completely ... Tried to say it was the same thing as a golden eagle chai (it was a Christmas morning that was in their system). They saidthey?d fix it at the window. I got a regular golden eagle. Not a chai. They have a wide variety of drinks, more than most places. I have yet to be at any of their establishments that are not busy,... doesn't matter the time of day. Usually if a place is that busy I find that it is a place worth trying, they don'tdisappoint. Friendly staff, super fun environment and employees. Make a mean mocha and smoothies. Can't wait for the new one toopen on 4th street in Ontario across from McDonald's, next to Jack in the box. Read more
