Arrogant rude service. She refused to exchange the "wing size" thigh for a normal thigh. I put a thigh next to it for... comparison. The thighs turned out dry and exterior breading was so hard in some places it was inedible. Read more
The worst. Dry food if you are lucky to get any. Refused to cook fresh or more food when empty. Employees need to step it up... and learn basic service skills. Read more

Biscuits were raw and doughy. Went and asked for ac replacement and was ignored, and the rest were left to serve customers raw... biscuits. They finally replaced two biscuits with 3 potatoe wedges. Not recommended. Also the guy who helped us wiped his nosethree times with bare hands before touching the tongs. We had to ask him to wash his hands. Well NEVER eat here again. I went to order a 4 pc snack dark and it was 930pm they had 3 pc of dark and wanted to charge me more because they turned off... the fryers at 930pm and were not cooking anymore chicken they close at 1030pm after asking questions i just left with the wordsof the employee telling me different restaurants different policies. .
