Never clean tables when we go. Turnover rate extremely high. Don?t pay attention when they give you the order to make sure it?s... all there then lie and say yes when you ask. Knew someone that worked here and quit bc of the way they get treated andcleanliness in general. I get it?s a sloppy quick (not even that quick) fast food chain but have some decency.. for the kidsthat eat your food. It?s sad that we can?t even take ownership of our wrongdoings. Can?t even apologize or show any empathy.Just they are human and are allowed to make these mistakes. Please someone do something about this. It?s getting worse and worseover the years. Even the manager won?t own up. Blonde in the morning. Doesn?t like anyone telling her she was wrong. So muchattitude and entitlement. We won?t be going back. No matter how easy or quick it is. We will drive 20 minutes out of the way togo to Webster where they at least show curtesy for their customers. Read more

The service and atmosphere are amazing but the food.. I prefer to stick to just getting my iced coffee from here.
Waited 20 minutes blocked in line just to hear it'd be another 15 minutes at the speaker. It was 7PM. The Franchise owner lost a... ton of business tonight and the manager should of stepped up and closed early. They clearly couldn't operate and do the onething fast food exists for. Overall this was like most fast food places. You order you get yourbfood and that's mostly it. This place had a line but they... did clear it very fast. The fries were nice and hot and didn't taste like they had been sitting for an hour. My smoothie tastedgreat and also didn't taste like the mix was about to be done. So for the standards of a fastfood place I give this a 5. Theydid what I expected and I had no complaints. Read more
You?re nice friendly neighborhood McDonald?s. They forgot my fries but were quick to apologize and give me what I needed. Way too many times I get the wrong order. I pay more for my meal and get wrong items that are cheaper and NOT what I want. They... have given me free a couple of free meals but even my last free meal was wrong. So from now on, I won't leave until I check myorder no matter how busy they are. Read more
