Extremely dissappointed. Have not been to Charlie's in a long time and will not be going back. The expense is fine with me if it... is worth it, but this was not. Its less than one star. The Turkey dinner was absolutely awful. It tasted like plastic was cold. I spent the whole night and... next month sick with an upset stomach and diarrhea months later! I?ve only had one experience here but it was a good one. Service was very fast and friendly. The garbage plate came with a drink... which was nice. It was missing bread which was a big bummer as to me that?s a big part of the experience. Meet was moist andsoft. Fries were crispy and crunchy. Mac salad had a great texture. Have gone to this Charlie's for years and it always been amazing.Last year the quality started slipping. Hadn't gone for like a... year. We went last weekend and it was not worth it at all. I understand prices have been raised everywhere but to raise theprice while decreasing amount and quality is just wrong. My burger looked like it was a kids burger flattened out more. Theburger used to hang over the side, nope not any more. My burger was also burnt and cold. I came with a group. I ordered firstand got my food last. I asked an employee if this was the adult burger because it was small and burnt and she just kind lookedconfused and walked away. Save your money and a trip and go to Empire location. Read more
