Ordered a plate online for grub hub to pick up? I specifically selected the toppings I wanted for the plate which for most... people is the point (meat hot sauce) and I got it plain?.. I believe this is the original bill grays. Amazing hot sauce and really good garbage plates. Burgers are thin but juicy and... really good. They always have ice cream right there to pair with your dinner. Bill grays is very consistent in service and goodquality. Don?t go in with out coupons or your getting ripped off. Read more
Horrible management only one of 3 people were actually working the other two were talking negatively about an employee my food I... watched my food sitting under the warmer for 5-7 minutes before the toppings we're put on (keep in mind this is a to-go order soI still have to drive 10 minutes) when I started to vocally complain about how long my food has been sitting and that I wasgoing to get home and have a cold dinner The manager instead of addressing the situation and helping the one worker out decidedto go to the assistant manager or other manager on duty and say this man up fronts upset and is going to tell lies about usreally worst experience in my life Read more
