We tried this place for the first time because it was on our way home and they had a specific menu for gluten free pizza... options. My husband cannot eat gluten or his intestines give him great pain & discomfort. We ordered two of the 12" pizzas fromtheir gluten free menu (chicken bacon ranch & meat lovers). The food preparation was handled very carefully and we wereimpressed by their efforts because, for people like my husband who require their food to be handled carefully, it's a huge deal.The food was cooked separately too as another precaution. ???? We were already impressed with their efforts but gluten freepizza often tastes like cardboard so we had to wait to taste the pizza before we were completely sold. Success! The ingredientswere fresh and tasty and we both agreed it was the best gluten free crust we've had--a great combination of crispy & chewy. Place is good, food is 5 star hands down, building appearance could use some work. Its clean but could still get little things... fixed up. If the owners see this consider an option for garlic butter brushed on cruse before cooking or an after drizzle ofthings like reduced balsamic vinegar. Simple things to stand out. For everyone else its a local pieology but I feel they tasteway better and priced reasonably. Read more
