Wasn't the best sandwich I had from them. Didn't bother to spread out the ingredients and left jalapeño stems in my sandwich.
The only time to get a sandwich is when the guy is working. He actually fills your sandwich and charges you correctly based off... what you're actually ordering. If he's not working you'll be charged for a different 10 cent cheaper sandwich and charged extrafor bacon vs the price of the actual sandwich you ordered. Said no to extra bacon and was charged for extra bacon that I didn'trecieve so be careful. Read more
I had ordered a tuna wrap. They forgot to put the tuna in and replaced it with a long hair. The Asian guy that works there has... his hair passed his eyes. Clearly cant see what he's doing. He should definitely be using a hair net. Read more
This subway isn't one of my favorites, the employees are a little slow. But it's also a very busy location so I understand. They... usually separate the work between the employees which is fine, but some of them are faster than others and it caused more issuesthan it solves. Employees learn customers by first name getting food ready the second you walk in the door. Very welcoming staff and very fresh... food. Recently remodeled sporting the newest subway interior. The employees regularly assist workers from around theindustrialized area. Read more

The customer service is perfect; beyond expectations...but they need to learn to make sandwiches. I ordered on the app and it... gives you the option for 'directions' I asked to take the inside of the bread out. It never gets taken out. I ask for it to bewrapped seperately. It's always wrapped very loosely and my sandwiches always. Always. Always. Fall apart. I ordered peperjackand I got American. I asked for 'less' onion and I literally got one single strand of onion in my entire sandwich. I have triedto give this place many chances because it is the healthiest option during my lunch time and near my job, but this isridiculous.
