Worse subway I've ever been. I had to use the restroom and when I came out to order the lady ignored me when I was standing... right in front of her. I knocked on the door and when I had said something she came out to help me but then when she went toring up my order she claimed I had extra cheese when I saw her only put two pieces. I visited this Vineyard Subway location, to order 6 subs. When I arrived, there was 1 employee making 3 online orders by... herself, which I patiently waited for. When it was finally my turn, the employee worked as fast as she could, to complete myorder. The meatballs were not ready, which meant that she needed to stop with the other 4 subs, to get the meat prepared.Meanwhile customers were lining up behind me. In between making my subs, the solo employee, managed to make subs for the othercustomers, to keep her line moving. One customer asked for coffee, and that wasn't even ready! In all, it took 40+ minutes forme to get my order completed. Subway needs to do much better than this! It is beyond poor Customer Service, to allow anyCustomer to wait 40+ minutes for the completion of any order! Not even having a Cashier to support, increases the possibility ofunsanitary and unsafe Food Handling processes, as people cut corners to keep up. I am sure that I did not see the Subwayemployee change her gloves after ringing up a couple of customers, before retuning to make more subs. This place has definitely taken a turn for the worst. The bread was hard as a rock which tells me they're serving old bread.... Super sad considering how good this place was before, now I'm never going back. Read more

Hello unfortunately the survey already expired but I would like to send some feedback. The subway located on S. Grove store... #2334 is always exceptional and from my experience great customer service. Although the lines are sometimes long the employeesalways apologize and acknowledge every customer that walks thru the door. I did also go by the S. Vineyard store a hand full oftimes, not by choice because every experience there has been awful. The cleanliness is not up to par. Customer service horribleshe is rude bottomline. The glass doors that cover the meats and condiments filthy. It kind of made me think twice about eatingmy sub. Just wanted to bring this to whomever it may concern so this problem could be fixed. I am not a sandwich person but my passengers asked that we stopped there, so I agreed. I had a 6 in turkey melt sandwich extra... toasted. And, to my surprise it was delicious. The service that the employees provided was extra special. Thanks ladies. Read more
