I have never been to such a slow Starbucks. I waited 10 minutes just in line with 1 person ahead of me. The employees move like... sloths, and will take one order at a time before stopping to make drinks. It wasn't even busy, since they don't take ordersahead according to the app. This is absurd. Like other Starbucks locations, this location alsoserves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full andloose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulangepastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and coldsandwiches, and drinkware including mugs and tumblers. In terms of taste and price, I want to say Starbucks is just Starbucks;so, there?s nothing to say about taste and price. The service is also okay. This place has the worst service offered at a Starbucks. There was only one person working (name tag said lana) and they decided... to chat up a customer in front of me and make her drinks slowly. Trying to order felt like a catastrophy. I forgot to ask for mycroissants warmed since I'm used to being asked, and walked away with a packaged croissant. I appreciate the drunk being maderight, but hate that it took about 15-20 minutes for a drink and a croissant.
